Building a new home may seem like a monumental project.  Kendaleton Builders simplifies this process by working with you each step of the way. We work with clients to understand their needs and desires. Once a home plan is detailed, we will provide you with a cost estimate and specifications for the home. There is no fee for this service. The next step would be to begin the home drawings.

GENERAL CONTRACTING
Kendaleton Builders will build your home according to the specifications that we have agreed upon. Work may include site preparation, such as lot clearing, soil testing and utility installation. We will do the entire project coordination and supervision. We even provide a full one-year service agreement as part of our commitment, at no extra cost.
